Period Pains worse since c-section

I know that periods can be worse having had a baby, but has anyone who’s had a c-section find that they get pains around their scar at the time of the month?

My afs are pretty horrid since having Ella, but they weren’t exactly great before. I am getting a lot of pain around my section scar though. I’m taking Evening Primrose Oil, and this has helped a little, but am still finding that ibruprofen and a hot water bottle (nice in this weather!) are the only way to help it.

Anyone else had this?
