Trying to Conceive

Hello, i am new to this site. actually i am bit concerned as i have been TTC for the last 5-6 months. each month i get very tender breast and sore nipples from the time of ovulation till few days before next period. each month i feel i have conceived and then then symptoms go away and 2-3 days later i get my periods.

i am really confused what could be happening. i am 32 years old and have a 3 year old daughter.
