bubs is breech so thought I might as well!

it is a homeopathic remedy - the midwife told me to contact Helios Pharmacy in Kent and they are posting me some out so will be able to take over the next few days as I'll be 36 weeks tomorrow..

it is a tablet that I have to take 3 times apparently..

anyone any experience of this?  It is supposed to have a high success rate but am not holding my breath lol

Wish me luck!

I've not heard of that before, but am a big believer in homeopathy so have everything crossed for you!

Good luck Mrs, and let us know how you get on.

I take it you didn't fancy the smelly candles this time then?!

I haven't heard of it but I did a quick Google and this is what came up lol

Pulsatilla comes from a plant and is given for ailments with a profuse discharge, especially catarrhal conditions.

Mostly given to women, the person needing Pulsatilla is sweet-natured, shy, kind and gentle. They are very dependent on others, easily led and may be highly changeable. Public opinion is very important to her and she can feel easily slighted and full of self-pity.

Pulsatilla’s are very empathetic people. They tend to be swayed by emotion rather than thought. They are very tearful and will often burst into tears easily, eliciting the reassurance and consolation they need.

The person needing Pulsatilla may fear enclosed spaces, crowds, being alone and the dark. Pulsatilla people tend to be plump, fair-haired with blue eyes. They can flush or blush easily.

Pulsatilla is often given for women’s complaints. Other conditions include : depression, varicose veins, nosebleeds, toothache, rheumatism, acne, migraines and ear and eye complaints.

Here are some other tips I found too:

Complimentary Treatments

Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Moxibustion has been used for centuries in China to turn breach babies. A combination of acupuncture and moxa is most successful if used between 32 - 36 weeks. Moxibustion changes placental estrogens and prostaglandin levels, which results in increased fetal heart rate and active fetal movements. Consult your acupuncturist for instructions.

Chiropractic
- Webster's technique

Homeopathy
- Pulsatilla 30c

Exercise
- walking every day for 20 minutes
- swimming especially back stroke or breast stroke

Body Positions
- kneel on the floor with your bottom up and head down
- sleep with several pillows under your bottom and lower back to allow gravity to turn the baby
- place a wooden board at a 45degree angle with one end on the floor and other end on a chair. The board should be wide enough to support you securely, lay on it with your head at the floor end.

Using Music
-Headphones placed on the lower part of your abdomen, playing either music or your voice, has encouraged babies to move towards the sounds and out of the breech position

am doing it tonight so I'll report back tomorrow!

Thanks everyone - have looked into most of these options above - what with horrendous heartburn and achey pelvis, most of them are a no-go unfortunately!
