2 natural deliveries with pethidine.  Both shot out without any assistance.  Had some stitches with the second one none with the first.

Only managed one unassisted birth...megan was ventuse with many complications and a horrible amount of stitches...Liam was unassisted and i did it most the way on pure laughter (mad i know)....and after 8cms it hurt so i had some gas and air only to find it hurt coz liam had just turned back 2 back lol...i mostly used the g&a to bite on though and at fully dilated the contractions stopped so i supped away at the g&a then and got proper stoned on it and i couldnt control my lips...barmy woman in labour i musta looked! Had mega stitching inside and out with liam too!

I had my two with gas and air and stitches after both.  I do remember some dr coming in on my first delivery with some great big huuuuge horse needle and i told him to naff off (he did).

Afther Having Rach i had some pethedine whilst they did my stiches as the placenta coming out hurt more than the baby did lol.

Love Trudi.  xx

I wanted a natural birth. Read the books and watched the dvd's.

Got pre-eclampsia and was induced 3 weeks early. Got told i was having an epidural as it lowers the BP(blood pressure). Dilated really quickly. Went wrong from there. 2HOURS of pushing and NOTHING. First try with forceps was the most painful thing I've ever felt. They then tried ventouse which failed as well. Got pulled down the bed, the doc was pulling so hard. After then being given a spinal block in the delivery room (not theatre) they tired forceps again. Doc said i was going to have a c-section. After much swearing and one great almighty push from me and pull from the doc, George arrived. Many stitches, much pain and much bleeding.

My first was induced due to lack of movement and small size.  I had peseries and had my waters broken.  I then went on to have an epidural which was topped up 3 times but never had any effect, I gave birth without any further assistance.

With my 2nd my waters broke just after 34 weeks, I was admitted but told I was too early to induce labour.  Within 48 hours Michael was safely in my arms with no complications.

My 3rd was induced, I had gel for 2 days until my waters could be broken then as soon as I was put on the drip my contractions started and I gave birth within 20 minutes.

My 4th was also induced, I was already dialated so just had my waters broken but needed the drip again to start off labour.  I then had a natural delivery.

My 5th...well thats yet to be seen, lol.

Managed 3 natural deliveries without needing assistance or stitches as apparently I was 'badly grazed' but nothing they could stitch. Don't really like to think too much about what that means exactly!

I would have loved a natural unassisted delivery, but it was to be. I got pre-eclampsia then they stopped growing, so they had to come out quick.

......maybe next time

I had 2 natural births.

first one, gas & air, pethadine and eventually an epidural. 24 hr labour

2nd birth, gas and air, pethindine. declined epiduarl because doc was "busy" 2hr labour with 2 mins pushing hehe! tho i had labour pains for 3wks before birth. ouch 3 wks. so guess that was what u call slow labour?

hope to be the same with the bump.
I don't want any other form of pain relief

I had a natural unassisted birth with DD, plus gas and air and a shot of peth.  She was only 7lb 12 so not overly big lol.  I did have a 2nd degree tear though :(
