I had two epidurals. The first one with tasja, took the bloke 7 attempts and and hour and half to get it in. I was fast losing patience (me as if) and basically told the bloke as he attempted number 7..if you dont get it right this time, im going to turn my head round and do it my sodding self! Or words along those lines. I was interviewed the next day as it had taken them so long to get it right, and was warned that having an epidooodle can cause back pain in future...yeah whatever, dont care now, not in pain anymore..look ickle baby. Ive still got the scars on my back from the botched attempts..so that when i had isla and the guy came in all jolly to do my epidooodle, took one look at my back and said...well that makes my life easier..which one do I pick...i think my response was something along the lines of 'the right one, and you get one chance at it mate', but im sure you can figure out what i exactly said lol.
The only thing ive noticed is that my lower back aches more than it did pre-epidooodles, but then i do more now lifting, up and downing than i did before i had kids.
