You all know about the problems I've had with my SPD and hips.

Well its been improving loads since seeing my fantastic chiropractor and this week I have been out of my bike twice! This is a huge deal as I havent used it for nearly 3 years (before I was pg with eds).

On sunday we biked to houghton (couple of miles away) and today I put eds seat on the back and went into town. I do ache but no where near as much as I thought. I really feel I'm getting my life back!

i will have to try something b4 the wedding to lose some weight,

b4 i had amber i weighed 7st12 now i weigh 9 1/2  i really need to lose the weight otherwise my wedding dress wont fit me.
