I am kim mum to Katie almost 4 and David 6m i had PND with Katie and i have it again with daivd. My hubby works 12 hour shifts so i too am in my self alot pluss i dont drive. I am 23 and been married for 4 years. hope you are well and hope to speek to you soon good luck with the PND i can say there is light at the end of the tunnle i know as i have done it once bug hug xxx

Hi. Just want to add to the comments here and assure you that you're not on your own.
I had severe PND following the birth of my daughter in April 2005 and I think I had antenatal depression prior to that. All in, it lasted about 2 years. I can promise you that you will get better as many of the ladies on here will agree.
