Does anyone know the risks with viral meningitis  pregnancy?

I have been reading the news reports about Peter Andre and Katie Price and some say Kaite is staying by his bedside whilst others say she cant visit him because its contagious and dangerous because she is pregnant.

I have no idea what the risks are but if I was in her shoes I can honestly say I don't know what I would do, I'd say the must be some risks.
