As some of you may know, my twin sis has been having chemo for Hodgkins Disease, which I had 15 years ago. Last week she had a scan to see how everything was and it was clear!!!! She had her Hickman line out yesturday too (which goes into her main vein to put drugs into) so is feeling really great at mo. She has to go back in 6 weeks and another scan in about 3 months, I think, but hopefully thats done it!!!

Helen, that is fantastic news. Ive been wondering how she'd got on from your post from earlier. Am so pleased for you all...well...erm...kind of went wooohooooo on the sofa and made joe jump. Glad shes got the line out, and her scans have come back clear..heres to more happy clear results! Give her a hug for me..and go get yourself a beer chick.
