Hi there, I'm glad things went well at the councellors. I've been seeing one for about 8 weeks now and oh my goodness some of the stuff we've covered!! I find it very helpful to have someone listen to me who's not judging me and can help me work through my issues.

I hope this is a step forward in the right direction for you.
