   I live in East Ayrshire and after recieving a letter a couple of months ago saying that they don't do 2 year checks anymore , we then got a letter telling us the hv was coming to our house to assess him. She came last Weds, a week before his 2nd birthday and what a waste of time it was. She didn't ask Harry to do anything and kept asking us silly questions as though we were a couple of idiots who didn't know how to bring up a child. He now won't be seen until his pre school jabs.
