You definitely need to get this sorted asap. Go to casualty - it might sound extreme but at the saying goes - needs must when the devil drives. You have to think of yourself and your health.
You have my full sympathy, having gone through a miscarriage myself 7 weeks ago (it feels like it's been going on for longer). Thankfully though I didn't have to have an ERPC but I did bleed for 6 weeks so I can sympathise with that. Finally stopped last Saturday. I took a pregnancy test yesterday to make sure that all of the pregnancy hormones have now gone and that came back negative so I now feel that I can finally move on with my life and put the whole thing behind me.

Well well well.... I went to A&E this morning and the most likely explanation is either the remnant of the previous infection, or a new infection.
They've redone the swabs and have taken some blood (out of my hand - it hurt like hell!) and had a jolly good look around. On the plus side, the internal examinations didn't hurt as much as 2 weeks ago, although they were uncomfortable and they found some tender areas.
TMI WARNING! The registrar I saw said he could see the discharge and could see that things looked quite tender. If there was some retained product (from the op) he would have expected to see more fresh blood, where as this is mainly older blood/brown discharge. So I have 2 more lots of anti b's which are aparently stronger that the last lot - so I presume they'd use them to sterilse elephants or something... I've got these for 5 days, and have to ring the gynae ward on Tuesday to get the results from the swabs and bloods. Then we'll see what happens, and if the bleeding doesn't stop, well - we'll cross that bridge when we get there but they'll probably re-do the op to make sure everything is scraped away.
So fingers crossed that it is an infection and these tabs clear it up.... please?!
