I bought this today as sudocrem is so expensive and thought I'd give it a go. I'm funny about using different product on the girls, so just wondered if anyone had used it and if they would recommend it?

I havent used it, Im trying to think of the cream I used all the time (recommended by the midwife) and was only 79p a tub (big tub too). Ah yes, zinc and castor oil cream, really cheap and worked everytime for us!

I haven't tried it yet but then I was given a big tub of sudocream when Fred was born and am still using it!  It takes forever to go through it even now with both of them.  I'm also a funny one about changing products where the lo's are concerned, but I find if it saves money, it may well be worth a try!

I use Drapoline on Lewis and tbh I have found it the best nappy cream I have ever found!!  You get it from Boots and it is expensive but one tub lasts you ages - im on the second tub ever - and Lewis is 2+ now!!!  HTH

I use caldesene medicated powder, I find it great. I use every day, Rachel hardely ever gets nappy rash (when she does its very mild), they use it in the meternity hospitals.

If she does get a rash, I use Vasogen. Both are expensive.

I find if i use sudocream her nappy leaks.

It may not be any harm do do a skin test with the new cream first on the girls.

I have used Asda and Boots own brand and had no problems with either. Would presume Tesco's own brand would be similar to these.

I only ever use bepanthem on Louis and zinc and castor oil cream which is really inexpensive.

I think it should be fine tbh, i never really liked sudocrem i always thought it was far too gloopy.

My friend uses asda's own brand nappy cream which ive used a couple of times and he's always been fine never had a reaction or anything.

I've used it!  And found it to be just like sudocream.  It gets a thumbs up from me.
