Ohh noo!! I woke up today feeling "periody" and as i got up it was indeed confirmed that i am having my first period after my loss, if thats what you can call it!

It hurts like a B****, it feels like the first stage of labour, and i am having little contractions and pressure...and the ache...well i can honestly say labour with liam was easier than this!

I feel a little relieved that at least my body seems to be back to normal! Just hope it gets easier! I'm about to take some more painkillers and sulk on the sofa!

Aww bless ya I really feel for you.

Sending big gentle hugs!

Bug, I hope this reassures you - mine was horrible too. Really really heavy and a lot more painful that normal.

Hope it passes soon...

With my first mc my period arrived 4wks 2 days after with my second mc 4wks.  It can take longer depending on whether you ovulate or not.

I have had an ERPC at 13 weeks of pregnancy.

I am experiencing the end of my first period now, it's nearly finished. I have been pain free and cramp free. It's seems lighter, but a bit longer lasting by a couple more days.

It's taken 35 days to start, normally I have a 29ish monthly cycle.

I do hope you feel better soon, it's horrible experiencing your first period, because it brings all the memories back about what had happened to you. And, it's another confirmation that you aren't pregnant any more.
