I have felt really lousy for the past couple of days. I have no energy and no 'get up and go'. I find myself wasting the day as I have no motivation to get anything done. My whole bosy aches and I keep getting low back pain and tummy cramps like an AF (but it cant be as AF ended over a week ago).

I havent been sleeping great but not really badly and I havent really been overdoing it so I dont know what could be wrong. I have so much to do but I really dont have the energy to get it done.

Sounds terrible! Could it be iron deficiancy? I know I felt like this for a while last year and the docs took blood and I was anaemic. A course of iron sorted me out! A trip to gp wouldn't go a miss. Take care of yourself

Oh I didnt think of that.

When my af returned after being on the depo I became quite anemic and it was a similar feeling. I wasnt diagnosed my a gp though, my chiropractor spotted it.

I need to see them about eds anyway so i'll make an appt.
