On a serious note I really do have a headache lol Any good tips on shifting it without painkillers (had my daily allowance lol) I dont like headaches and I cant seem to shift this 3 day long one :(

have you ever tried "4 head" its a menthol stick that you rub on the 4head and i find that works quite well it means no pills but quick relief. Hope you get rid of it soon your son is gorgeous bless him becky x.

I have a gel mask, that you can heat or freeze.. works wonders for different types of headaches.. only problem is, u look like a muppet when u wear it!!

I haven't tried the forehead thing I might go take a look if I can get it from the Tesco near me (only a tiny one) I very rarely suffer from headaches, probably why I moan so loud when I have one lol

you should find it it is quite popular now like i said b4 its really good stuff i dont take pills now i just rub that on and within 10 mins its gone well worth the pennys
