Dh and I have decided its time to try for another lo! I phoned the doctor last week to arrange getting my implant taken out and I'm having that done on the 6th July. Now I've done that I'm suddenly really scared at how I'll cope.

I know it may take a long while for me to get pregnant (if at all) but its a lot to get my head around

It's normal to be scared but you have already coped with twins so another one or two will be a walk in the park!!

Being pregnant and having 2 toddlers will be the hard bit.

Hi hun,

how you doing so your gonna try for another one thats lovely i would like to offer you some helpful words but i cant however i can say i think you have thought it through and you would not be doing this unless you thought you could.

Is this the first time you have had an implant taken out ?

Becky, yes it is the first time. I'm petrified. I've been told it really hurts when they take it out

Hi hunny,

           well i can tell you from experience that its not a nice one i did have problems with mine but im sure your will be fine although it really does hurt yes but it has to come out and what better reason to take it out than to have another baby. How long have you had it in now?

Martha, the girls will be 2 in September.

Becky, I've had it in for about 1 1/2 years. So not really that long.
