Aww hun, I'm sure you'll cope just fine.  I already have 4 kids and am a single parent and though this pregnancy has been a difficult one, being on my own throughout and with the SPD I've managed and I'm now due in just over 5 weeks.  You'll be fine, if you wait for the perfect time to try again it'll never happen.  Wishing you all the best of luck and hope your TTC journey is a short one.

Don't really know much about implants - did consider it after I had Cameron, but chickened out and went on mini-pill instead. Hope it's not too painful having it removed - and good luck ttc!xxx
