i cant really offer any advice im afraid but i do totally agree with whats already been said,deff get to your papers and i also agree,it may seem hard now but it will be well worth it in the end!! chin up pls keep us informed of what they say!! xxx

kim - that is outrageous.
NLC should be moving you out of there irrespective of your health.
You have 2 children and the street is obviously known to social work,
police and NLC if there is police hanging around.
But the fact that you are a suffering PND and agrophobia (sp?) - you
would think they would be round helping you pack your bags.

Who is your new councillor ?

I know Davie McKendrick helped a lot of folk out so i would write to
your new MP and tell him that Davie was a tower of strength and
support, lay it on heavy.
what a way to treat people. Stephen works and pays tax and this is
your reward.

Ohh i wish that paragraph applied to England!! I'd be using it for my grounds, i was turned down also as depression is not seen as medical grounds...MY LIFE IS AT RISK!

Grr it makes me mad! If i were to actually get put in a padded cell though, they'd move me, and man its soo tempting to just do something!!

Hope you have better luck than i have, antisocial behaviour is taken way 2 lightly here, hence that idiot still gets to live near us

ok i sent the letter just over 2 weeks ago and still no reply, should i send another coppy recorded delivery this time? oh and i phoned the police the people next door they came and told them to turn it down they got back into their car and the music went back on Katie was up so was david this went on all night the police came they put it back up aaaaaaaaaa
