Me and Eds have just got back from the docs. I was really proud because I biked there so its the second time out on the bike in 2 days!

Anyway I went because for just over a week I've been feeling sick, not eating, tired, achey etc. It all started with a Migraine. Anyway it turns out there is a virus going about making people feel this way and its often triggers by a migraine so I have to rest but its nothing serious!

Eds was about his asthma. Hes loads better but I mentioned to the doc I do notice a difference if he doesnt have all 3 doses a day which the doc was concerned about as he wanted to wean mine off the inhaler he's on. So hes given me some chewable tablets to give him at night so I can start weaning him off the inhaler when I feel is right. Hopefully we can get it down to only having it as a reliever rather than a preventer.

And we saw a load of diggers working on the way back so eds is a happy man!
