Sorry Dont really have any advice just completely understand. My lo up 4-5 times a night or if he does sleep i just find myself awake thinking of things i need to do. i am getting through pnd and it is hard to tell sometimes if it is pnd or just lack of sleep.I have tried every form to get Harry to sleep and it has now got the point where my hv suggested priton! i went to my gp who thought it would be good to try. It is now the forth night and has slept every night!!!! it was just a case of breaking the habit. I did lots of reading up on the use of medication for sleep and this seemed to be the most sucessful. It is changing our lives Harry in a better mood for the sleep and us, it does not affect him in anyway the next day and we all a bit more human.

I don't have any advice either. The tiredness effects me in so many ways, but the main one being that I am very snappy.

Hiya,

I used to have this problem with my youngest a couple of months ago where she would wake up several times through the night, but I managed to get her into a routine. Both my little girls sleep right through now though so I no longer have that problem.

Hope your able to get some sleep soon though
