Don't be too sad.I know the news comes as a shock, and you's will no doubt go through a rollercoaster of emotions about it.

As they say, it only takes one sperm. That is all you need. Doctors always err on the side of caution. It might  take longer for you's to conceive than it would a couple, where the man is producing 40 millioin, with very industrious ones.

They say it is so common now for men not to be producing the "average" amount of sperm. Did you see the "tonight" programme on it. Where they tested a pub football team, who then had to follow a healthier lifestyle, as lots of them were not producing the "average amount".

Mumsam has very good advice and i think you said you were going to speak to your doctor. Hope that goes well for you's.
