mate..its going to be hard, but you will get through it, but not necessarily over it.  It does take time, could take months or even years.  It doesnt help that now you will see every baby and loads of pg peeps..and to top it all off shedloads of baby stuff on the telly...which is always the way things work out, you may not have noticed it before but you will be more sensitive to it now.

Its natural to be jealous, angry and resentfull..its all part of the process of it all, which is pants but you need to go through it.  Im not saying one day you will wake up all full of the joys of spring, but over time the hurt will shrink smaller, trust me it does.

Give yourself time, write everything you are feeling down and then burn it..sounds daft but it always makes me feel better seeing all my worries disappear in a puff (well loads) of smoke.  Then take yourself out for a long stomping walk, preferably in the rain, works wonders.  Have a hot bath with loads of bubbles and have a bloody good cry.

We are all here for you whenever you need us to be, this site has helped me loads..and if everyone is honest..dont think we would know where we would be without this site for support, laughs, cries etc etc.  I know where i would be without this site...a big gibbering wreck in the corner!
