Sounds like your lymph glands are up..which start just under your ear and basically work like a road map round your body. If you can feel the lumps those will be your lymph nodes, tiny pea size nodes which are part of your lymphatic system. They are your first port of call where infections are concerned. Once in the nodes your neutraphils (first line of defence for bugs and) will be kicked into action and will be going on a seek and destroy mission for naughty bugs. Once your neutraphills are sent out..your white blood cells (which are the big beasties) then spring into action as they seek out where the netrophills have marked the naughty bugs..and destroy naughty cells. Your antibiotics will be doing its work as well. Finish the course..take some paracetamol to ease off the pain, also try gargling salt water, minging, but will help with your throat.
Have a nice long soak to ease off the back ache..and a nice hot water bottle under your back when you go to bed.
When you finish your course of antibiotics..if they are still there go back and see GP. Is no hassles and jobs done, good luck chica
