the scar will be minimal chica and they do fade really really quickly.  I had my mastectomy in december and now got a funky very pale pink/white scar now.  Looks like a stretch mark..just in the wrong bit..oh yeah and no boob lol

I'd go back to doctors and get checked out again!! Don't want to frighten you, but both me and my sis have had Hodgkins Disease, a type of lymphoma, which both started with lumps in the neck. please try not to worry but get rechecked, please!!
