I was reading a book on babies that my mum had when she had us and they recommended putting baby to sleep on their front - I know it's different now but I would think at this age, they have enough head control to move if they couldn't breathe? I don't have this problem as Ellie hates being on her tummy and still can't be bothered rolling over from her back!!

nothing stops lily rolling in her sleep-shes been waking me up cos shes on her front snuffling, or her arms stuck or shes walloping her head/feet on the bars! she sleeps thru all this
i pick her up n move her but shes off shuffling round the bed again like a caterpillar!
