I haven't noticed this problem yet as I make sure hands are under the tray and bib is over!  he is yet to start blowing raspberries, so I may have to eat my words! lol

God luck - i was gonna suggest a long sleeved bib cause it works for Ryan

He nly gets messy if he doesnt like something anyway otherwise he cant get it in fast enough so none gets wasted. Also he doesnt blow raspberries either
