I know this is gonna sound funny to you younger ones!  Has anyone tried doing the twist?  I do it while iring and standing washing up, and mine is toning nicely, not perfect yet, but it does work on the tummy!  The arms well Ihave a wobbly one and not so wobbly, I carry fred with the left arm so it's toning up nicely, the other one has gone to hellin a hand basket!

I have to say I hate my belly.... it hangs from the scar of the c-section, I don't think I would be so bothered about it not being flat etc (don't think I've ever had a flat belly anyway) but I hate the fact that it hangs.

Might have to try the twist though as you suggested Vickimom and see if that works.  Wish I'd known about it yesterday I was ironing for ages.

I have just started to to 15 minutes of Yoga everyday though which is def helping with the stiffness and backaches that I was having problems with so hopefully it will help with the belly as well.

I already do about 1 - 2 hours of walking everyday because of the dog and that's not helping (or doesn't seem to be) so I need to do something.

i have a flabby jelly belly too and thomas is nearly 2 !
i have tried sit-ups etc. but it aint for budging.
so i have given up.
DH keeps saying i should be proud of it because I have Thomas to show for it and it's a good price to pay for a healthy baby - not sure if that's a compliment or not ?!!

i always hoped my tummy would be elasticated and would just pop back into place.

now i just breathe in !

Mamma2bronze. Its nice to know some one feels the same as I do. At the momment I weigh 8lb 2oz. I have now been this weight for 10 years and it gets harder to know why?  I eat like a horse I am now in size 8/6 i have even gone on the injection like you did...but when I spoke to the Nurse the other day I was saying " but everyone else on it say's they have put weight on" she said "who is going to complain if there on the injecton and lose weight!!" Ok point taken...

My tummy is not to bad I guess considering I'v had 3 kids..

Ive got a very wobbly tummy and joshua is over 2 now...ive tried all kinds of exercise..a dance mat...a twister thing...stepers. i walk loads every day and run around after joshua and just put weight on grrrrr

ive taken things to the extreme and ive joined a gym....im going to do at least an hours work out every weekday and a body combat class every saturday then rest on a sunday...with all that and eaten healthily i better loose some weight. ive put 3 stone on in not very many months (medication isnt helping but it cant be the main factor!)

it all starts this saturday....wish me luck xxxxx
