Hiya girls.

Well this is it... iv just got back from dropping Harry off at nursery for the last time!
I feel quite sad in a way because he has done so well in this last year, as i still remember posting about him being so very shy and how he (and i) would be able to cope with it all.
He has come on loads since he started last year, and has lernt so much and now its just a shame he has to move up to school and start all over again with new faces and places and routines, but thats all part of growing up i know! lol

His teachers are really lovely and im sure he's going to miss them all, and so will i.
He had a 'graduation ceremony' yesterday and bless them all, they all wore the black cloaks and hats and recieved a certificate and a little pressie of a personalised book with their own names written into the story.

God help us all when it comes to home time... it will be a wash with tears i think!!

Oh I've just done the same - Cameron's last day at pre-school! Can't believe my wee boy going to school in September. That means I'll have two at High School and one at First School then!! Where does the time go???

Having not long moved down from Scotland, Cameron was all set for another year at nursery - but has really adjusted to the idea of starting school this year instead....it's just me that feels strange about it all!

Hope Harry enjoys his last day - Cameron's having a wee party at his school this morn.xxx

p.s. any photos of their graduation ceremony? that must have been soooo cute!x

Goodo - would love to see them! I'm hopefully getting dig cam for my birthday - been trying to talk dh into getting one for donkeys - he's really into photography, so has all the fancy stuff! I want to be able to put some photos onto MMs too! lol!

Didn't have to make anything for this party - the kids baked for it yesterday at school! He was so excited about it this morning - it's a lovely place - almost a shame he hasn't another year there.

Now - what shall we do with ourselves in September......

My ds has had his last day at nursery today, they all had a big party with Singing games and disco lights, face painting and neon party bands and even got a goody bag and toys too, they all gave him a big kiss and cuddle and asked us back to see how he gets on in his new school.

Hope the last day was exciting and fun.

Wow that sounds like great fun - it's lovely that they make such a fuss of them all! Cameron had a fab time - got a party bag too. Also managed to get a nice graze on his forehead, and lovely bruise down the side of his face - fell outside while dancing!! (goodness knows what he fell on!) Doesn't seem to have spoiled his day though!

Jopsy - 16 of them!!!! Good luck! lol
