Awww I picked Joshua up from his first day at football and he said it wasnt a happy day just a sad one! I felt really bad! I spoke to his coach and they said he had been fine until about 2pm (I picked him up at 3.30pm) he had spent the day running and doing the training and coaching, he just didnt understand the 5 aa side section, apparently he then got a little bit upset. They also think he was tired and thats why. We didnt get home from my mum's till about 11pm as we went out for dinner last night, Im thinking that maybe he was just tired. He's agreed to go back tomorrow if I watch.. but I really dont fancy 10-3.30 on the side lines so I need some bribery ideas to get out of that one ha ha ha

Apparently he was really enjoying himself and is actually quite good, so I dont want him to pack it in after day 1 if he's just tired! We'll see how he goes lol Then on Wednesday he has a trip with them to Anfield which he is really looking forward to. I hope tomorrow isnt a sad day for him, bless!

It's a long day for a wee boy!    Is this a summer club for him?  What's the age-group of the club?

Aww apparently he was much better today! I promised him I would go and watch him play for a bit, so I went just before 3pm so not to cause too much disturbance, and as soon as he saw me he clung to me for dear life! The coach said although he hadnt been as active as the other boys he was a little more willing to join in the games, he doesnt mind the exercises lol

Its just a week of football arranged by a sports company, and he got a letter from school. Its for aged 4-11 but they keep the under 6's together 7-9 and than 10-11. I think he is the youngest, but not by much some certainly look as little. He begged me to let him go, hence I did, its cost a fortune lol He's going on the trip tomorrow to Anfield, and then Thursday Im not going to watch. Its only for 4 days!
