for the last 3 days half of my face has been numb, i dont know what could be causing this ive had some pains in my head but its lkie a stabbing pain, ive made an appt at the drs but its not until weds morning. dh thinks i should go to a+e but i dont want to waste their time.

has anyone experienced this before?

I haven't experienced this myself, but I'd go to Casualty if I was you - Wednesday is quite a way away yet. It could be a trapped nerve maybe?

Go up the hozzie chica before the wait gets to long up there..bit of luck all youll have up there at the moment will be 'gardening' ones rather than the friday night been drinking to much ones.

My dad had something like you are describing a couple of years ago.  Bell's Palsy - it sounds more frightening than it actually is.  It disappeared as quick as it came and has never returned again.  Dont think he got any medication to take - however it was a couple of years ago and my memory isnt what it should be!!  I would go to casualty if you are worried hunny - as Kim says, Wednesday is a long way away when you are not well.  Hope you get it sorted out soon hunny xxxxx you are in my thoughts xx xxxxx

I was about to say it sounded like Bells Palsy.  It wont do any harm to have yourself checked at hospital hun, Wednesday is a long time away yet.  Let us know what you decide and how you get on.
