Since  we've been weaning Jack he seems to be  sick a lot more these days, has anyone else found this?

We have changed his milk back to the normal as he was having C&G for hungrier babies, but his sick was very acidic and 'adult' smelling (as oppossed to baby milk smellling), hoping that this will make a difference. Any other ideas/advice would be helpful though.

fred has started doing this as well, I agree with Jopsy, it's like they don't know they are full!  I've started reducing the milk in take myself rather than be guided ny him, He has no more than5oz with a solid feed now! hth

Thanks, maybe I will reduce his milk with his solid feeds and see if this makes a difference.  He was sick on me this morn and I have to say it did smell like baby milk, which could well be a sign.

Jopsy: C&G hungrier baby milk is made with skimmed milk and so I think Jacks little tum may not have been quite ready for it yet.He is a month younger then Lily Bibi, so maybe that's another reason.

Sometimes you just don't know if your doing right from wrong, being a mother is so hard sometimes!

Rebecca, my eldest 3 are 10, 12 & 14, and I'm still learning!  You'll never know whether your doing right or wrong til you've tried all t he options, I know it's of little help, but I'm making alot of new mistakes with Fred!  At the beginning my mom was telling me Fred was in pain he must have had colic, it turns out what she called a pain cry was his I'm starving give me food NOW cry!  All babies are different, but if you try different things at different times, like with everything it's a trial and error process, and it's only hindsight that lets you know what was wrong!  Being a mother is hard most of the time, but when it's easy, your usually worrying!

When my kids are quiet and sickly, sleeping in bed, I spend all my time worrying about them only to find when they are back to full health I could've just enjoyed the peace and quiet!  I'm still learning that one!

I have found certain things make Ollie sickier than others.  If he has yoghurt he will puke all day.  He can have a bit of cheese sauce and be alright but too much and he is puking.  So I think he needs to be careful with dairy produce.  He has always been a bit sicky as he had reflux.

Tom has started to be a bit more 'sicky' since weaning, but it's milky, baby sick.

Not sure what advice to give - sorry.
