You poor thing!

Firstly with your dp - mine went through a stage like this. It turned out he just didnt understand and couldnt cope with seeing me in so much pain. The pelvic partnership do a leaflet for friends and family to help explain to them what you are going through  and how they can help, its really useful.

Go back to your docs and explain your painkillers arent working and you need to see a pain specialist. Also look into other therapies like chiropractors, acupucture and physio. If your gp isnt supportive ask to see a different doctor.

Also ask for a referal to occupational therapy as they can assess your home and see if they can provide anything to help make life easier.
