Billy had his checks today and things went sort of ok. His weight and heart were fine. He now weighs 10lb 15oz.
Unfortunatly he has a few problems they need to keep an eye on.
The first is his length. He was 55cm born and on the 91st centile. He's now only 57cm and he's dropped to the 50th centile. They've said they're not too concerned at the moment but he'll be monitored monthly to ensure he doesn't drop anymore down the centile chart.
Secondly it seems he has a squint in one of his eyes. He's been refered to a specialist to look ito it more and find out how bad it is.
Lastly he has a condition called congenital hydroceles. This is a build up of fluid around his scrotum which in turn causes them to swell. I'll do another post to explain the condition further.
Besides that all was ok and we're just waiting for his injections appointment.

I love the fact they are keeping an eye on him! Mine never said a word when he was born on the 50th centile, then dropped to the 2nd! lol Hope they get him sorted soon though!
