Rachel... I've never walked (sprinted more like) up to school so fast before lol
The school receptionist sounds panicky at the best of times, so bless her when she had to ring me, she didnt know where to put herself!

I dont think she'll be at school tomorrow, so much for feeling sleepy... she's not long gone to sleep.
The bruise has deffinately come up a lot more now, but the ice has made the swelling go down so thats reassuring.

There is just one thing that i'm not sure about with her stitches though.... there's still a small gap at the end of her cut thats still open a little and slightly weeping/bleeding?
Will that heal on its own or should i take her back?
I was just worried about it getting infected, being an open wound there still.

Thanks all for your replies ladies,
Shan's gone to school this morning.
The tiny hole has healed itself up overnight and she was bouncing round full of beans this morning, so she blantantly refused a lazy day at home with Mum! :(
The bruise looks quite bad... but the teacher said she would keep her off P.E today and just keep an eye on her but she agreed that she was perfect well to attend school.

I'm looking forward to hearing all the comments she gets from school though!

I know lol
She didnt get to sleep until quite late last night, so i thought she might have been tired, but tired she was not!!
Oh well, i suppose a McDonalds is out of the question today then.... i was looking forward to that as well
But i'd rather have her back to her old self anyway.
