Welcome to madmums.  It doesn't matter what age you are, you still have the same problems!  I've now got 5 kids and found I was more confused with the last 2 than I was when I had the first 3.  If your baby is in a routine by 6 weeks then you are one of the lucky ones, my 4th took until my 5th was born, 15 months is not as good as I wanted, but all babies are different.  You are doing a great job.  Listen to all advice you are given, then use what you want, and ignore the rest, especially the advice about what your baby should and shouldn't be doing by whatever age.  And don't feel like a failure because your baby isn't under the 'norm'!  My 5th was not even rolling over when he was 11 months.  The at 11 1/2 months he suddenly rolled, crawled and stood.  And he's just started walking last week, not just one or 2 steps, the little monkey is everywhere.  Whereas I know one of the moms on here had her baby doing everything early!

I agree - all babies are different. Rebecca was in a routine really quickly, but Ruthie took til 15 months to sleep a full night. Cameron was different again. Don't worry about it too much - it will fall into place.

I'm Kim, by the way - mum to Rebecca 13, Ruthie 11 and Cameron 4. We live in Norfolk with dh, although I am from Fife in Scotland originally.

Welcome to MMs - hope to chat soon.

xxx
