Lovely! We tend to stay in Croyde or Saunton as the beaches are so nice and the boys could spend the entire time rock-pooling if we'd let them! We always go to Ilfracombe though, it's really beautiful, the boys like the aquarium and we've been on some nice walks around there. I'm all jealous now! It must be great to live there! We live about as far from the beach as it's possible to be. If you stuck a pin right in the middle of the british isles, you'd hit our house! I love where we live mostly, but I could definitely live down there.

Ilfracombe is lovely in the summer but tend's to turn into a bit of a ghost town in the winter but i still love it.You can't complain when the sea is only a short stroll away from your front door.
