Hun,

Good luck but you all ready have the best goal for motivation..... a chance to carry a baby. I'll be around for help and i can pop over if you need a shoulder in the moment of weakness.

I'm sure i can grab madz on the way..... :)

We're all routing for you and we all know loosing weight isn't easy and are all crossing fingers etc that you don't only loose the weight but manage to keep it off long enough to stick 2 fingers up at the nhs docs who are so bloody rude.

Have you thought about exercise? If so what are you thinking of trying, swiming is meant to be a good one, not to meantion steping up and down steps etc.

I have my fingers crossed but who knows you might loose a few pounds from laughter at your do in a few days time!

Becky, am sending you lots of love and luck - am sure you'll achieve this. We'll all be here to support you.

Just keep the end goal in the fore-front of your mind - and if you have a bad day, just get up the next day and start again.

Keeping everything crossed for you!

xxx

I think the pics are a great idea. Do anything that you feel will help. Did you get your shopping done? What kinds of meals do you have on the G.I. diet? Good luck with getting started.

Just want to say good luck and well done for making this decision.

A friend of mine has pcos and she tried many, many, many diets and found that the GI diet worked for her. I don't know the medical ins and out but its something to do with the way pcos affects the body's use of insulin...

Anyway, good luck and keep us posted.

Go girl!!! you can do it, repeat to yourself on a daily basis,

"i can do it, I will do it" then when you have done it," I can , I will, I have" then give yourself a big hug!!
