Aw - hope you're feeling ok. Glad you've finished work now - time to try and relax more and get those feet up. Am sure a job will come along for dh when he least expects it, and he'll be there in the meantime to make sure you have lots of help, so you can take it as easy as possible.

I expect it will be very hard work to start with once the lo's are here, but things will settle down and you'll get used to making time for all the wee ones. They'll all be such company for each other in years to come - will be lovely.

Not long now til you see those wee faces. Take care.

xxx

Im sure things will be ok. They do tend to work out for the best. I know Im only going from 2 to 3 kids but Im also dreading it too. Mainly for the fact that wehn I have a newborn Zarah will be a baby to. What always helps me is thinking that there is always people worse off. And no matter about, lack of money, work, big debts and everything else I have 2 healthy kids and another one on the way! Anyways take care

Awww hun, chin up.  It's perfectly normal to worry about any forthcoming birth but you have twins to think about.  You're on mat leave now so you will have the time to organise your home ready for them arriving.  It wont be easy you know that but as time goes on you'll learn to adjust to a routine and I'm sure things will turn out just fine.

When I was pregnant with Billy I was terrified, I was already on my own with 4 children and I knew it'd be really difficult to cope with 5.  I had nothing for him up until right at the end but once he arrived I was surprisingly organised and ready, everything just seemed to slot together.

Now...nearly 13 weeks on I have managed to get into a routine, the kids are great and I'm ontop of the house.  Nothing has changed, I'm still on my own but we manage it because we're women.  You'll do just fine hun, you're a strong person and you'll be a fab mum to all your children when the twins arrive.

I know I don't know you...but I am convinced you will cope. You always come across as a very caring and level headed mother who is good fun.  Yes it will be tough at times....but you will have help from friends and family, even if it is taking the twinies for a run round the block.

You have been blessed with twinies...you will have enough love time and attention for all of your children.Remember this is the last time you will be carrying a human life so.... enjoy. The next time you will be holding a baby that is as close to you (genetically) will be when your own children have children. It was this that made me slow down during my last pregnancy

I know life throws us some curve balls ( ie your husbands job) BUT problems are never problems forever.

The fact you are worrying about how  your time will be divided 4 ways is a sure sign you will cope because you are a switiched on mother.

Enjoy the last weeks of pregnancy.

I think the best thing you can do is get organised and stay organised when the babies arrive. try not to worry about neglecting the older ones, they have loads of fun helping mummy with their new brother and sister, and hopefully the little ones will be excellent sleepers and nappers and you'll have loads of time to play with the older ones. As for Christmas, the Internet is wonderful!! Presents, food, drink ect can all be ordered online and delivered and you won't have to leave the house! Thats what I did the first Christmas I had Ben! The thought of trailing round shops with one new baby was a nightmare, so with two I'd avoid it altogether lol.

Use this time now to get ready for the birth, and spend some time with your older kids. Get dh orgainsed to spend quality time with the older ones too, so when you're concentrating on the twins, they can have daddy time! Of course he'll have a great job by then!

Best of luck hunny, and try not to freak out too much-hormones are our worst enemy!

hormones suck!  Time to sit and stress sucks!  Loads of time to sit and stress is even worse!!!

However..in a little while youll be to busy to even stop and think about all the things that you were worrying about ages ago.  Youll do it cos you are strong and fully capable.  yes itll be hard work, but have faith in yourself chica.

the internet rules...something will turn up for hubs..and youll be able to get another motor later on down the line.

chin up chica have a brew, eat some choccie and stick your feet up..cos i bet your ankles are tired
