I have visions of your babies lining up, waiting for the mw to feel the 1st head then baby 1 moves round to get its head over to be the 3rd head... brilliant sence of humor already your babies!
My friend who had twins in April had a consultants appointment at about 30 weeks to discuss the "plan" for their birth. Her plan consisted of her having weekly mw appointments from 35 weeks and to be induced at 38 weeks unless the mw was concerned. As it turned out, she went into labour at 36 weeks and the boys arrived within 2 hours of her getting to the hospital!
She was told that 37 weeks is classed as "term" for twins so to have her hossie bag ready from about 33 weeks.
Def worth a call to your community midwife team as it doesn't sound right that you've not seen a consultant.
Am still routing for a Christmas Day arrival (quick and with minimal disruption!) so that I can share my birthday with the Wee Taylor Twins!
