I am not very happy.

I've been having pain in my groin again - shooting pains which indicate the SPD is coming back. I'm hoping its just hormones (AF reared her ugly head a few days ago) but if not it means the infections are already wearing off.

I'm seeing my consultant in 3 weeks but thats just for a check up so it'll be the new year before my next round of injections appear.

I'm not sure I can cope with all that pain again - I feel so depressed thinking about it, I thought my reprieve might have been longer this time.

Sorry this is a moaning post.

I have my fingers and toes crossed but not legs, hoping that it's just af and hormones but part of me thinks it's not.... i'm a pesamistic when i comes to my health.... we right off's have to take it easy and stick together!

Take care hun and call/text me if you need anything down to more loo roll to a cuppa sugar!

madz,

sorry that i've not been in touch b4 now and just b4 i start...what a beautiful picture of you.

now, if you need to see your consultant sooner then call his secretary and try to see if i can get the appointment brought forward.

even though i suffer from this condition, i really don't understand i, which makes it more frustrating, as it's hard enough to live life anyway. personally, i have to take my painkillers regularly or else i expect i'd be bed bound, but when AF comes to stay my god the first 24 hours are horrendous. last month i got stuck on the stairs, and i basically come to a literal standstill at times. the pain relief has to have kicked in or i'm stuck. the thing is i now have a physical dependency on them too. i guess i'm trying to say that yes it's hormones as that's all i know apart from doing too much that exacerbates it.

i only live up the road from you and it would be great to meet up. if i can do anything to help, then let me know.

take care, sending gentle hugs too.
