Hello all,
well if you dont know i have been doing the low g.i diet as i got told i was TOO FAT for fertility help so im going to put my fingers up to the medics and do it myself and NOT SLIMMING PILLS .
So here is my update since 13th oct ive been on it and started off at 16st 10lb im now 16 st 2lb which is a loss of 8lb in 2 weeks .
Im very pleased with this progress and im going to continue happily xx

Wow babe thats brilliant! I havent weighed myself yet since starting it, I dont feel any different. So proud of you, I found a lovely low GI snack, nairn's Oat Bakes, cheese flavour, they are lovely and settle that munchy thing :o)
