Firstly, many many sympathies for what you have to suffer on a daily basis.

Your boys DON'T miss out, how can they when you so clearly adore the bones of them. Many many kids have parents who don't care, yours will always be incredibly rich for having you as their mother.

Don't accept this crap from the hospital and physio. You're the one in pain not them. Try the waterworks if you have to but get them to listen.

Think positive. Easy for me to say sat at a keyboard miles away I know, think of the things you can acheive with them, not what you THINK they miss out on.

And thank you very very much for stopping that car, that really is no answer to anything ever.

Pushing people away is not the way to go. Its going to be hard but please please try and accept the offers of help you get, that way you get more quality time with the los and you can sod the chores.
