Hi Lynie! I had to borrow clothes for my twins for the first 2 months!! I had got newborn stuff and it swamped them!! I hired stuff from the special care unit, they were brilliant.

Matthew was 5lb 8oz and Jamie was only3lb 5oz little bundles of bones, but they have made up for it now!!

(tried to put a pic in , but it didnt work )

Aww, it would have been nice to see a wee pic!  Did they come along early?

(worried as I need to get them to 44 weeks to be organised)

Ben was 6lb 9 but the first size clothes were really big on him. We got him some tiny baby vests which fit better. Maybe get a few tiny baby stuff just in case, you can always exchange it. I'm a twin and we were 5lb4 and 5lb 14.

How long have you got to go now, btw, I forget?

Well as you know my girls were 8 weeks early and weighed 3lb 2 and 2lb 13. They were in their 0-3 months at about 6 months lol. The prem clothes even buried them. I have got some pics of them when they were in hospital but they are on my pc. I will post some when i go on it lol.

I'm using the laptop its easier and more comfy.

Mother care do early baby, baby grows.

I would say the new born clothes would be too big.

From what I've seen and heard Lynie I would go for prem size clothes!  I bought white even though I knew Winston was a boy.  I think they look so much nicer in bright white babygrows!  However, I was never organised with any of mine, so you could quite easily have yours anytime! lol

mmmmm, I've got the feeling I'll have Christmas Eve babies!  Remember I tend to overcook babies and have big babies too! (I've had a 9lb er and 8.7 and a half lb one , one was 6 days late and the other 10 days late)

I keep on hearing about 7 and 8 lb twins at the moment!
