I didn't give Taylor marmite till he was nearly 3.. not because of anything thats in it, but i thought the ex didn't like it so i never bought it, turns out he did so i got some and Taylor had a munch and loves it..
Sophie hasn't had it yet and she is 18 months.. might try her with some later today!!!!

Being preganant for the first time I am not sure, but spoke to my Mum and it was given to me early on and I love it! The website for Marmite suggests 1 year but I am sure I had it before then. It is quite high in salt so maybe thats why? See the marmite website/nutrition/salt for more info.
I am miserable as the midwife told me to cut back last week as I have a high/normal blood pressure and don't eat that much salt from other sources....what can I eat for brekkie now?!?!?
