That time is apon us again where I have to go and see Dr Evil himself - tomorrow

To be quite honest, Im not really bothered about it this time round, I dont want the bloomin surgery so theres no need to protest about my weight.  Despite wearing the gorgeous and very sexy (not) compression stockings every day, eczema is still breaking out and I have an ulcer on my leg - which is just sittin there mindin its own business, which is good cos it aint doing anything!

Will let you know how I get on tomorrow.................
