Joshua and I went over to the big garden centre in Llanfair PG over the weekend. I was told they had all their Christmas things out and that it looked lovely, so stuck for something to do I took him there. Then I realised that Santa was there so decided to surprise Joshua and took him to the grotto. The service and staff were really lovely. They took Joshua off to see the elves and snow scene, whilst asking me his name, age, favourite toy etc. I then thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to get santa to tell Joshua to write his letter. Since reading a story called 'A Letter to Santa' Joshua didnt want to write his letter until the night before Christmas, and keeps changing his mind about things on the letter (which I really cant have because Ive bought all his original wants lol). They passed the information on and then we were taken through the grotto.

Joshua's eyes lit up he was amazed and really excited. Then santa said to him, 'hello Joshua how are you? Why have you not posted me your letter yet, Ive told the eleves you love Lightening McQueen but they didnt know which toy to make because you havent sent your letter in. If you dont send it soon we wont have time to make you what you want.' Joshua stood there listening with shock on his face, then promised to send it straight away lol

He then got a cuddle and santa asked him to leave some mince pies out for him and treats for the reindeer, then they gave him a little present. It wasn't anything flash but he was more than made up and didn't put it down for ages. It only cost £3, best £3 I spent in a long time lol
