Hey ladies i am sat here feeling really sorry for myself. I started off yesterday with a bad throat and really clogged up. Then as the day went on i got worse. My head aches my nose is like a tap when its not blocked my body aches from head to toe i feel sick and dizzy when i move. The list is endless. I only had an hours sleep last night. Ashleigh decided she was going to wake for 4 hours and keep running in and out our room and having full on conversations with me. she woke about 11pm and this went on until about 3am. Then Kev had to get up for work at half 4 so was wide awake again. Then the girls was getting up as i was falling asleep again. I have taken beecham capsules plus which have helped as i would hate to know how i feel without them. So i am sat here not knowing what to do with myself. God i hope i feel better by tomorrow.

Aww hugs Emma, its horrible looking after twins when you feel as lousy as that !!! Try warming lemonade with a drop of whiskey... my Gran used to swear by it... and it has worked for me on several occasions!! its the bubbles in the warm lemonade that does it!!

Aww bless how crappy is that! Times like this i wish i could just snuggle up under the duvet on the sofa, hot/warm ribena and the fire on....oh and christmas carols as i'm sad!

Hi ladies thanks for the advice. I feel so much better today but i still feel lousy lol. I have your normal horrible cold now but feel like something is stuck in my throat. I have a lump but can't swallow it and its driving me mad. I'm still having the hot sweats too its awful. This is my 3rd day now. Oh well no rest for the wicked and all that!
