I have just come back from my friends lil boys birthday party. So I hear you say?! I had a piece of birthday cake with a Smartie on it and the bleeping Smartie has broken one of my teeth!!!!

I know that they arent putting artificial colours in them any more , but what on earth have they put in instead??!!!! Have got an appointment at the dentist 1st thing tomorrow, but I know I will have to re mortgage the house to pay for it!!!! Just what you need before Christmas.

I m supposed to be going out for a meal with another friend who also has a birthday today, but unless the pub does soup as an option I wont be eating much!!! Typical init?

Quick update. Went to the dentist this morning. Told me that I had broken my tooth. He went to uni for 7 years, and I could ve told him that on 4 o levels!!!

Will have to have old filing removed and a new one put there instead. Not looking forward to that as there s hardly any tooth left now!

So have to go back next Thursday to get it sorted. Did offer to take any sharp bits off, but said no thanks (without any jabs! ha not likely!) so will be eating lots of soft foods and chewing on t'other side for a week.

Have to say it didnt spoil my night out last night, thankfully. But you can tell we re all getting old, I was home by 9.40 and ready for my bed!!!!
