Thanks for that Kim! Good days and bad, thankfully good outweigh bad at the mo, so chin up and paint the smile on when the bad days hit!

I am going to a support group for PND. next week is the last week.
i have found it really helpful

there are self help things you can do.
Relaxation - probably most beneficial at night. A realxing CD on,
candles etc. this might help you sleep
also some light excercise might help you, got for a walk, swimming
etc
this may also help you sleep
talk to your other half and explain how you feel, a problem shared is
a problem halfed. Cliche but it can be the medicine you need.

Take a step back and give yourself a couple of minutes before
making desicions etc giving you time to gather your thoughts.
Focus on the positives and put the negatives down to experience.

hopefully some of this might help you
it helps me

Thanks Rhona.

I have decided to write down on a huge piece of paper, all the positive things I have in my life and stick it to my wardrobe so I can see it every morning.
